Nepean Belle Paddlewheeler “Win a Lunch Cruise for 4” Competition – Terms & Conditions (NSW)

Promoter: Bennett Cruising Pty Ltd trading as Nepean Belle Paddlewheeler, Tench Reserve, Tench Avenue, Jamisontown, NSW 2750.
Eligibility: Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
How to Enter: To enter, scan the competition QR code and complete the entry form with your name, email, phone number, and answer (in 25 words or less) why you’d like to win a lunch cruise for 4.
Entry Period: The competition opens on 1 September 2025 and closes at 15 September 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
Prize: Two (2) lunch cruises for four (4) people aboard the Nepean Belle Paddlewheeler. Prizes are valued at up to $288.00. Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or credit.
Travel & Expenses: Prize does not include travel to or from the Nepean Belle Paddlewheeler or any additional expenses incurred by the winner and guests.
Availability: Cruise is subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Blackout dates may apply, including public holidays and special event cruises.
Validity: Prize must be redeemed within six (6) months of the winner being notified unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.
Dietary Requirements: The winner and guests must notify the Promoter of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.
Winner Selection: The winners will be chosen based on the creativity and originality of their answer, as judged by the Promoter. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Notification: The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 3 business days of the competition closing date. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.
Privacy: Personal information is collected solely for the purpose of this competition and will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. By entering, entrants consent to their name being announced on the Promoter’s website and social media.
General: The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Weather & Safety: Cruises operate in most weather conditions; however, the Promoter reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the cruise in the event of unsafe conditions (e.g., floods, severe weather). In such cases, an alternative date will be offered.
Permit: This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner. No NSW permit required.
