Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter

2. Acceptance of these terms
Information about the competition and how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
By entering the competition, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to NSW residents aged 18 years or over.
Directors, owners, management and employees of the Promoter, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
The Promoter may request reasonable proof of an entrant’s identity, age and NSW residency before awarding a prize.
4. Competition period
The competition opens at 4:00 pm AEST on Friday 11 September 2026.
Entries close at 11:59 pm AEST on Monday 14 September 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed or not received because of a technical or communications failure.
5. How to enter
To enter, an eligible entrant must:
access the online competition entry form through the competition QR code or the Nepean Belle website;
enter their full name, NSW suburb, telephone number and valid email address;
agree to these Terms and Conditions and consent to receiving promotional emails from the Nepean Belle; and
submit the completed form during the competition period.
Entry is free and no purchase is required.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate, incomplete, automated or fraudulent entries may be declared invalid.
6. Email marketing consent
By entering, entrants consent to receiving news, cruise information and promotional emails from the Nepean Belle.
Entrants may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in each promotional email. Unsubscribing after submitting a valid entry will not invalidate that entry or affect an entrant’s chance of winning.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Nepean Belle Privacy Policy available on our website. Entrants’ personal information will not be sold or disclosed to unrelated third parties for their marketing purposes.
7. Prizes
There are two prizes to be won.
Each winner will receive one voucher valid for up to four adults to attend a Scenic Adventure Lunch Cruise aboard the Nepean Belle Paddlewheeler.
Each voucher is valued at up to $340. The total maximum prize pool is $680.
Each prize includes:
a 2.5-hour Scenic Adventure Lunch Cruise;
lunch and dessert; and
tea and coffee.
Drinks from the licensed bar, transport to and from the Nepean Belle, parking expenses and any other personal expenses are not included.
Each voucher:
is valid only for a regular Scenic Adventure Lunch Cruise;
is valid for a maximum of four people;
must be booked and used by 13 March 2027;
is subject to cruise availability;
cannot be used for special-event cruises, private charters or other cruise products;
cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash;
cannot be extended, replaced or used with another discount or promotional offer; and
has no residual cash value if fewer than four people travel.

The winner should advise staff that they are redeeming a competition voucher when making the booking.
If the Promoter cancels a booked cruise because of weather, river, navigational, mechanical or operational conditions, the winner will be offered another available Scenic Adventure Lunch Cruise date. Where reasonably necessary, the voucher’s expiry date will be extended.
8. Prize draw
The prize draw will be conducted electronically at random at 10:00 am AEST on Wednesday 16 September 2026 at the Nepean Belle office, The Slipway, 128 Factory Road, Regentville NSW 2745.
Two valid entries will be drawn. The first two eligible entrants randomly selected will each win one voucher.
Each entrant may win only one prize.
The Promoter’s decision is final, subject to applicable law.
9. Notification and publication of winners
The winners will be contacted by telephone and/or email within two business days of the draw.
Each winner’s first initial, surname and NSW postcode will be published on www.nepeanbelle.com.au on or before Friday 18 September 2026.
By entering, entrants consent to these limited identifying details being published if they win.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact each winner using the contact information supplied with their entry.
10. Claiming the prize
Each winner must respond to the Promoter and claim their prize by 5:00 pm AEST on Wednesday 30 September 2026.
If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond by the claim deadline, is found to be ineligible or has breached these Terms and Conditions, the winner will forfeit the prize.
11. Unclaimed-prize draw
If a prize is not claimed by the deadline, an unclaimed-prize draw will be conducted electronically at random at 10:00 am AEST on Thursday 1 October 2026 at the Nepean Belle office, The Slipway, 128 Factory Road, Regentville NSW 2745.
Any replacement winner will be contacted by telephone and/or email within two business days and their first initial, surname and NSW suburb will be published on www.nepeanbelle.com.au.
12. Verification and disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify an entrant who:
submits more than one entry;
provides false, incomplete or misleading information;
tampers with or attempts to interfere with the entry or draw process;
uses automated entry software; or
otherwise fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
If an entry is disqualified after a prize has been awarded, the Promoter may require the prize to be returned and conduct a replacement draw.
13. Changes or cancellation
If the competition cannot be conducted as planned because of circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may suspend, modify, postpone or cancel the competition, subject to applicable NSW law.
Any material change will be published on www.nepeanbelle.com.au as soon as reasonably practicable.
14. Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from:
an entrant’s participation in the competition;
technical problems affecting an entry;
inaccurate information supplied by an entrant; or
a winner’s acceptance or use of a prize.
Passengers remain subject to the Nepean Belle’s standard cruise conditions and lawful directions from the vessel’s Captain and crew.
15. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales. Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
