Christmas in July is a traditional and festive theme which celebrates the Blue Mountains in wintertime. Guests are invited to indulge in a unique experience of traditional christmas cheer against the backdrop of the Australian winter.
Evenings are particularly special - partake of traditional yulefest fare prepared on board by our international chef. A delicious entree of the chef's special homemade soup will warm you up on a chilly winter's night. The home-style main course of roast pork and roast turkey served with seasonal hot vegetables is the perfect traditional treat. Followed by scrumptious sticky date pudding with caramel sauce, who could ask for anything more? Enjoy a relaxing cup of tea or coffee with mints after the meal, and be treated to a complimentary glass of port (evenings only). Also in the spectacular floodlit Nepean Gorge at night, you'll be entertained by santa with carols!
Not to be missed, the beautiful view from our 360 degree viewing decks provides a breathtaking setting for a fun-filled and cosy theme evening to remember.
