Whether you require a unique venue for entertaining and relationship building, for seminar and training sessions, or for a special private meeting in a completely neutral location, the Penrith Platypus and Nepean Belle Paddlewheeler offer you and your delegates the style, comfort and professional friendly service that will ensure your conference creates a successful impression.

The Penrith Platypus caters for up to 70 guests in a seminar arrangement or 130 guests for seated dining or  cocktail function. The layout of the Nepean Belle Paddlewheeler lends itself more to entertaining, catering for up to 120 guests at dining table or 140 for cocktail style functions. Perfect for work socials, as a Christmas party venue or for conducting private business board room meetings - our charter vessels offer a number of layouts to suit a range of requirements.

Food and drink packages are available. Day and evening cruise times can be scheduled to meet your conference agenda. We can also arrange for a complete range of audio visual aids, recording equipment and even technicians for professional operation of the equipment. Call us for assistance with the selection of entertainment. (eg music, karaoke, comedians, magicians, gaming tables, murder mysteries etc.)

Pricing

Our clients tell us that to combine a meeting or training session with a lunch or dinner onboard either of our cruise-boats is competitively priced with hiring a training room and then adjourning to a restaurant - without the hassle of a transfer between venues.  Our standard weekday "bare vessel" charter rates start at $1050 for 3 hours. Lunch and morning or afternoon tea packages start from $37pp. (Minimum delegate numbers apply)
